Publishing of changed workflow prevents workflow execution

Thank you for your excellent work on this and your workflow extensions!

I am successfully using the timer on a subsite with a list workflow.    When I update the workflow i get an error on next execution

Exception.Message=New instances of this workflow template are currently disallowed.

Followed by the 3 following errors (The timer job should start the workflow on 3 list items)

Exception.Message=Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Exception.Message=Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Exception.StackTrace= at EF.EFWorkflowTimer.logWorkflowTimerHistory(SPWeb objSPWeb, SPListItem itemTarget, String strMessage)
at EF.EFWorkflowTimer.processOneJobitem(SPWeb objSPWebRoot, SPListItem objTimerItem)

To get around this error, I rename the workflow to a new unused name, reusing previous names gives the same error.   I then republish it and update the timer list with the new name.

Thanks again for your hard work!

This is caused by another bug, which was fixed yesterday. Could you please try it?
